「The breakfast options are first rate. The room was clean and comfortable. It is less than 10 minutes from the airport which made it super convenient for an early flight. We had no problems but there is staff on premises 24 hours so issues can be easily addressed.」

「You do have to wrestle your suitcase up quite a few outside steps but there is plenty of room. It is worth the view from the dining area where a delightful breakfast was served. It is a cute, quaint place full of character. The hostesses was delightful. She was friendly and fun to visit.」

「This place is absolutely amazing! The hosts are great, friendly and accommodating! Also, great cooks! The scenery is absolutely beautiful, the property is clean and well maintained. Location is convenient for quick jaunts to Palmer and Wasilla, and is a reasonably quick drive to Anchorage. Wonderful place to unplug and unwind for a little bit.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Talkeetna Wilderness Lodge. We'd been traveling in Alaska for about ten days and wanted a quiet break before moving on. Our cabin was a perfect solution. We rested, walked the trails, watched the nearby river, and enjoyed the screened porch. After a cloudy day, we peaked outside that evening to find the aurora borealis making a show overhead. 「Worth it! Brilliant location. Feels like being directly out in nature, but all the amenities of home. Timeless memories of sitting on the front deck of our own log cabin in the woods taking in the sights, sounds and scents of the kenai bush. And chris’ pancakes and coffee at morning totally rocked (bonus perk). 太值得尝试的小木屋！简直是大自然的礼物，置身在设施齐全的小木屋会感觉和大自然融为一体。在露台上边呼吸充足的氧气和美味的热咖啡是无与伦比的享受。老板非常热情善良，也很健谈，温暖的早餐会唤醒你的身体。感谢这段经历！」

「This unit is perfect. We had a later check in, everything was exactly as stated plus plus plus. Our bed was so comfortable there was adjustable features for my husband who is mildly disabled. The washroom OMG amazing walk in shower was HUGE, all the amenities you could ask for. We had asked for a few extras, Alison accommodated as she was able an all around great hostess. Thank you for making our first trip to Alaska a memorable one. 」

Worst condition hotel ever in a tourist town

"The room is a total disaster. Broke and battered. Worst Scenario ever faced! Nightmare! Broken everything, the drapes, the electric wall plug were without surface plates exposing the socket , only one socket works out of 2! The shower slide door won’t slide, walls were dirty with lumpy paint tears down the wall. Furniture were aged and dirty and shinny from aged grease rubbing on it. Fabric were vintage and old. Flooring was dull and old . Insufficient lighting. Worst if worst experience!"
