"The hotel charged me 15 euros for the electric charging station and the car charger did not work at all. When I asked to be reimbursed, the receptionist became really mean!! It is not about 15 euros, in the grand scheme of things…I will likely never get reimbursed!! it is about how the receptionist who treated all the customers so poorly and was sooo condescending … They don’t have the customers and service in mind. (Roberto the night receptionist was great!)"

"This place is a dream; my husband and I could not believe the privacy provided my the hillside. The pool is secluded by scrub with a view of the lake - just breathtaking. Great location, close to many small cities, hiking, and beaches. We popped into Piannotolli for the best supermarket and laundromat. "Me and wife came here for our 20th wedding anniversary. The hotel is lovely and so is the area. It's very clean and the staff are really helpful. A big thank you to Laura who looked after us whilst we sat in the sun, bringing us drinks and snacks. A thank you to the reception staff for allowing us to keep our room longer as we had a late flight home. We loved our holiday and would recommend this hotel to everyone.."
