"Nice property in the beach area near restaurants and Larnaca castle. While I asked for a twin room, they did not have that information. They moved us to a nicer room and everything worked out. This was the second time that the request for two beds was not transferred from the Hotels(dot)com site to the property. "

"Went in quiet winter season for a week (end of feb/ start of march) almost everything shut nearby but hotel was fine, staff friendly and helpful. Didn't realise I'd have to pay extra for sauna (10 euros/ hour) but food etc was fine and place was clean."

"This was one place you could not fault the staff at all. They were all so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us especially my little boy who is a super fussy eater. Maria in the main restaurant was just so amazing. Fabio from the animation team has an amazing team for the entertainment! Marina Hristiana Mo George all from the bar and restaurant were just so kind and very helpful. Don’t change you have it all spot on!"

" - The first night incredible noise above us till after midnight reception sorted out. No shower gel or soap, no washing up product, no kitchen cloth, no sponge. Bathroom very small - not very good designed. Big terrace, elevator, nice pool, good and friendly staff, kids like it, "

"wir waren sehr zufrieden. das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, um Probleme wurde sich sofort gekümmert. das Hotel hat keinen Fahrstuhl, aber ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter hat uns mit den Koffern geholfen. die Ausstattung ist etwas älter, aber deswegen war es ja so günstig. wir hatten ein Familienzimmer für 7 Nächte! das Frühstück war richtig gut, aber leider wenig Abwechslung. insgesamt waren wir aber zufrieden."

"Overall arrived late wasn’t told about the subcharge 50 euro for air con which is needed in the heat! Towels had stains on them and toilet door had no privacy wouldn’t lock or close correctly you could look in. We were there the one week and not once was the room cleaned or sheets changed in duration of the week we slept in dirty sheets made us disgusting, the shower wouldn’t drain properly and had a few friendly cockroaches arrive. "We went to a karate competition for my son to compete and this apartment was excellent we could cook what he needed to eat, it was close to shops and the venue, this place was beautiful th decorating was so nice we loved it and so clean we will visit again thank you."

"Basic, very clean. Lovely staff. Didn’t use the pool or pool bar as we went to the beach each day but it looked fine with an ample amount of sunbeds. Would stay again. We had a late flight and the staff very kindly gave us a towel when we came to pick up our bags so we could shower. Couldn’t ask for better service. "

"The staff was very welcoming and made a great start to our stay! We were kind of thrown off when we walked into our room and there was a very strong defuser type smell that was really overpowering. The smell even lingered on our clothes the day after we left. The room itself was nice and spacious but sadly the smell dampened our view on it…"

Good but not 5 star

"The hotel was huge and very close to beach and shops. Staff were very polite , friendly and helpful especially Georgio (if I spell his name correctly) at reception, he was very kind. Breakfast was good. Overall it was ok but I wouldn’t count it as a 5star hotel. You could find dirts especially in bathroom. They don’t change the towels and toiletries like shampoo on a daily room cleaning. It wasn’t any space for our luggage, we had to put the luggages on the bed."

"The breakfast was buffet style and a great choice of hot and cold food and drinks with a chef preparing fresh omelettes. We had a massage which was very good but some instructions were not quite understood. We ate in the restaurant twice and once in the bar, food and drinks were tasty. Cleaner was superb as were all the staff on duty were friendly and polite. Will return again as 25 minutes from the Airport in Larnaca, and 10 minutes from town by car. They have electric car charging points."
