"I was very pleased with this rental. I was able to come to town and visit with my sisters and family in Apalachicola for a couple days. The unit, was so cute, and VERY clean. It had a mini fridge, stocked with water, coffee maker, with coffee provided, and some snacks. The bathroom was nice, with nice towels, even a dark cloth for make-up. "Stayed here during a family funeral. It was a great location to get to all different locations around town. The lake is very pretty and lovely to walk around (.6 miles). I had never seen a Muscovy duck before and it was fun to sit on the benches and watch them. Black dog coffee is about a quarter mile from the house and serves excellent brew. Would stay here again but I hope I don't have to."

"There are several issues we encountered with the property. The biggest problem I had was that the condo reeks dog urine and smells like pets. There is absolutely NO service and as a mother I have to be able to contact my children. The property is located down a long dark road without any lights making it difficult to even see. "Talk about a very clean space and the pics are exactly how pristine this place is!! 3 BRs/3 Baths, clean floors, comfy beds, view of a water feature in the back with an outdoor seating area (didn't experience unfortunately). What a splendid spot, and not far from downtown. Pillows are too big for my liking and there are some ants along the base board at the entry door. Something that should be treated. Overall, beautiful condo!!! "
