"L’Avenida was altogether lovely, bursting with character and style. The location was perfect, near the main square but tucked away and so quiet and peaceful. The room was on two levels and huge, a sitting room and wet room downstairs and a bedroom above. It was quiet and peaceful, the bed was comfortable and there was the perfect environment for a good night’s sleep. "Just stayed 5 nights and had a wonderful time! The room was beautiful and overlooked the courtyard, and in the mornings there were birds singing. Reception was incredibly helpful with recommendations for the area, and they were very responsive to requests. The location was perfect for traveling around Soller and Port de Soller. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Lovely, undisturbed stay in a pleasant room. Clean and comfortable enough to spend evenings in and with a great view overlooking the port. Easy access to local buses and the tram, as well as local hikes. Signs of wear but all functioning well with a good, strong shower. Air con worked slowly. "Extremely friendly and informative staff. Excellent well stock breakfast buffet with vast selection of hot and cold options. Handy location approx 100m from the beach. The spa facilities were a nice bonus. My only slight fault was the bed would shift as it wasnt fixed to the ground, however i am confident that had i mentioned this to the lovely staff they would have sorted this for us. Overall 5 stars and would recommend."
