The location was convenient, close to the city center with easy access to the metro. Unfortunately, the hotel was plagued by a strong, overwhelming smell of cigarettes that made it quite unpleasant. The carpet on the 14th floor was filthy, almost black from dirt. While the reception staff was attentive, the concierge was helpful, the breakfast experience was disappointing—despite the dining area being empty, our group was pressured to leave because they claimed we weren’t ‘eating enough.’ This hotel falls far below the standard I expect from Ramada, and I cannot recommend it.
