Disliked: smelly liquid soap (cucumber or something weird like that), disrespectful and unprofessional cleaning ladies yelling and shouting between themselves in the halls from the early hours of the morning. They didn’t seem to realize that they’re there to do a job for the customers, not attending a private party."

We needed to stay a little bit longer after the check out time and they let us say for an hour longer than our time, they could not let us stay for longer than an hour because other people had already booked that apartment, so they even asked if everything was alright and were willling to accommodate and help further.
