"The pros of my stay were that the room was nice, the bed was super comfy, the pillows were great. The breakfast the first morning was delicious, the second morning it was ok. I left early so I didnt get the last morning to see if it balanced out. The cons were the fire alarm went off the first night around 1am, scared me right out my sleep. "The staff in the lobby were so welcoming and kind. The property needs to let people know though that there is a $100 hold fee when you go to check in. That should be included on the post on the website so people are not caught by surprise. It is unfair to the staff for them to have to deliver that surprising news to guest. However, the staff was very kind and understanding but the hotel needs to let visitors know that ahead of time instead of waiting to inform them when they check in. It's not...
