"The old lift is charming. There was an error with our reservation: we reserved a King room but were assigned a queen. The lobby coffee service was not available although the sign says it was. There was no storage in the room, so we couldn't unpack."

I tried the Hilton downtown and was disappointed, also because i had to pay extra for parking there. This place had well lit free parking, adequate laundry services and the staff was friendly. Perfect for a longer stay."
