「The location is too far The room was not clean,many insects. 」

「Do NOT look any further! This is where you should and must stay! I could write an essay on why! We traveled with our 2 children and stayed in the 3 bedroom, my kids screamed when they walked in. Elvis and EVERYONE at the front desk is amazing. Venice is magical and staying here only made it more special! The windows, the space, the people, stay here!」

「Very close to San Macro square and the public water transportation system. The suite is spacious. They serve breakfast in early hours though the choices are limited. Great value. I would like to recommend it to all who visit Venice.」

「Tipp: Man parkt vor der Unterkunft (bei uns mobile home) direkt unter Pinien die Harz auf euer Auto tropfen. Deshalb nehmt euch lieber eine mobile Garage, Abdeckung für euer Auto mit. Vor Ort gibt es zwar einen Baumarkt in der Nähe, für unser Auto waren die jedoch schon ausverkauft. Ich hatte mit dann eine Poolabdeckung gekauft. Teilweise sahen die Autos schon schlimm aus… nur als Tipp…」

「Love the location which is just a 10 to 15 min walk with luggage from the train station. The water bus stop is a few steps from the hotel door.」

「This is an appartament hotel, rooms are big and beautiful. Area is safe and many option for shopping and eating. Yoy can arrive by water taxi or water public transport. I suggest it, it it only 15 euros besides 90 or 120 euros for the water taxi.」

"Near by several docks so it is easy for water bus transportation. Staff are friendly and nice. Breakfast is very good. Beds are comfortable. Room is not big and enough to stay. We would like to come back again. "

Smelly bathroom

"Bathroom stinks with smell of urine. Can hear everything in the hallway/next door. Location is okay with walking distance to train/bus station. But the unbearable smell was a real deal breaker. Their family room is clean and ok; Try getting family room, or never."
