"While the staff was very nice, there was a lack of clear communication around front desk times and basic ‘front desk’ type questions such as bus schedule or restaurants. Our room was nice but had some unexpected quirkiness such as the toilet ran and trash from another guest. There was a nice steam shower and good location! "

"My only complaint: the room featured a small internal courtyard-facing window which delivered very little natural light. Despite this, the price was fair, and I would stay again. The location is very close to the first vaporetto stop for the airport which is a big plus. The room was ample in size. "

"This is a family run hotel and it feels like home. Felicia is the best and was very kind to my elderly nonna who was in a walker. There are rooms that are accessible for handicapped people so please ask for that if needed. There’s breakfast, and dinner available. You can hear outside of the room so I suggest using sleep sounds as to not wake you if you are a light sleeper. All in all I recommend this hotel. 10/10. Grazie mille!"

"The apartment was incredibly comfortable. The air, the wifi, the beds, all A quality!! The check in process was easy and the staff were super helpful. Rooms separate with a door which was great! Convenient to all shops and restaurants. You can catch a water taxi right outside the door! Beautiful."

"My wife and I enjoyed two nights at 312 Piazza San Marco. Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic and very close to all main attractions. Asela was very hospitable and welcoming. He arranged quick transportation on several occasions and a tour of a Murano glass factory. We would highly recommend this hotel!"

"The apartment is in a great location next to the Hilton Milano Stucky (so great if you have business there). The apartment has a well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, toaster, oven, stovetop, oven. There is no automatic coffee maker (but then again the local coffee is very good) The bed is a large bed and comfortable. The bathroom is oversize and has a washing machine, 2 sinks and a blowdryer. The bathtub is narrow and can use an update with a waterproof shower curtain and new...
