"This was a one night stay as we were away for a weekend and thought the town of Sluis was worth a visit, managed to check in early, as it should have been 3pm, room was ok, although had to leave as many windows open as we could, aircon didnt seem to be working, breakfast although continental was more than we had expected, had a drink from the bar the 1st night, bar staff were friendly and service was swift, thank you guys."

Apparently repaired on day 2 but still faulty so both nights unable to have ambient lighting. Poor given huge price paid. Bathroom smelled of drains. No slippers in suite despite advertised and rubbish initial offering of tea/coffee for 2 people (e.g. 1 tea bag). Rectified but surely we dont have to ask at this price point? "
