"We traveled to Bay St. Louis for a quick night and Old Towns College was absolutely perfect. Stephen was an amazing host and checked on us throughout our visit. The details for check in and check out were spot on with all the information needed. That is always so helpful when traveling. The cottage was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed it. "What a great oasis—this was the perfect place for our adult family of five to get away from our busy lives. The outdoor spaces are comfortable and there was plenty of things to do without leaving the property. Excellent restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive meant we only went into the city once. Rick is a perfect host, communicating regularly and responding quickly. We would stay here again!"

"Went to celebrate a family members milestone birthday. Plenty of room for all of us and the pier was terrific. A/C worked great which was a huge plus in sweltering heat. No hot water first day but owner was quick to respond and it was back up and running on day 2. There were tvs in most of the rooms but couldn't find remote controls. Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby. Very close to train tracks so bring earplugs."
