「This was our first stay here and hopefully will be our place to stay whenever we visit Fredericksburg. The view was wonderful and the deer made it even better. Breakfast is furnished but bring your own milk. Also there is no TV in the cottage. Other then that we really enjoyed it.」

「Wonderful time away from busy city life to just enjoy and reconnect with children, grandchildren. The pool is awesome and much enjoyed by all. You would be hard pressed to find a nice pool and atmosphere. So many other activities, from pitching horseshoes, to pool table, corn hole, hiking. A nearby evening rodeo was a fun event.」

「Beautiful tree lined creek below the cliff. Due to the rains this year, the water was perfect for cooling off in the hot afternoons. Enjoyed the covered porch and deck area in the early evening hours. Birds were plentiful. Seth was an attentive host and promptly communicated with us with questions we had about the accommodations prior to our arrival. Cole, the dog, was a bonus to our stay. Sweet boy.」

「I just can’t put into words how private and peaceful Oden Ranch is. If you love the TX Hill Country, don’t miss this spot. The property, from top to bottom, is immaculate. The hosts are wonderful. It’s a perfect distance from both Austin and San Antonio for day trips. You feel so secluded but are only 20-30 minutes from food and entertainment. 10/10 recommend and we can’t wait to go back!」

「Enjoyed this cute cabin for two located in the Hill Country, perfect for a short get away. Cabin has big windows allowed us to look out and watch the deer as they wandered by. The breakfast supplies James left us were much appreciated. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the deck, when it wasn’t raining. We came up for the peaches and wine, and some shopping in Fredericksburg. We will definitely be back for all of the above.」

「We loved the house. It is a great layout! There was cornhole to play outside and the pool table inside, we never turned on a TV! We did not spend much time there during the day, played in the Guadalupe river most of the time. We ate at High's store which was delicious and Fajita Street which was great too. I did not antique shop but others in my party did and loved it. We will be back next time the family descends on Comfort!」

「All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first.
