Great place next to the river

Great location and great property.

The property was very inviting and clean. It is at a great location. Very close to shopping and walking trails. A short drive to nearby cities. The only thing I wish was different was there were no blinds in the living room/kitchen area. Other than that the property is wonderful and will definitely stay here again.

Ski trip with the boys

Me and some buddies met up from all around and had a great time , close to good restaurants and right in the middle of the two ski resorts we visited . The creek behind the unit was a great addition to a relaxing time on the porch . The place was spotless and just like the pictures . Wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again .

The only complaints are that the sprinkler closet directly across from the front door had an alarm beeping the length of the stay & no one could turn it off. Also, if there's any public parking on the property, it's not clearly marked. We had two vehicles & were unsure where to park the second vehicle since there was only one carport spot allotted to each condo.

Overall, great apartment in a great location

Overall, this was a great apartment. It is a nice unit in a great location, very conveniently located in Silverthorne. I would knock points off for the management company. We were given a code to check in, but the keypad lock was broken. I was not able to get them to respond to my text messages (as I had been instructed) so I had to call the office in order to get help getting into the unit. Not a great way to start a vacation. I was also disappointed at the very small amount of very cheap toiletries that we were provided, we ended up just going to buy some to use. Minor complaints overall, but also they feel they're worth mentioning

Colorado Fly Fishing Getaway

Located close to Cutthroat Anglers and the wonderful Red Buffalo Coffee shop and great pastry shop and Sauce on the Blue restaurant. Easy drive to Lake Dillon and Frisco as well as downstream locations for a great fly fishing experience. Nothing better for a Father-Son getaway. Finding any “flaws” limited to need for blinds on windows for windows and please fix the central alarm system outside of the condo (had to push the “acknowledge” button four times due to people triggering their smoke alarm; twice in middle of the night) Ranks near the top of many places I’ve stayed and I don’t hesitate to give it a 10/10! AWESOME PROPERTY!!!

Beautiful View!”

The property process from the management company was good. The best part of the property was the patio & view of the river. The living area and kitchen were quite nice. We found the temperature in the unit to be quite warm and a constant fan blowing in the main bathroom. Really warm no flow for air.The main bathroom had a left over bar of soap under the counter.. the rugs in both bathrooms were dirty.If we were charged for cleaning we should get some type of compensation as the bathrooms were not that clean. Another thing… there were no window coverings in the living room kitchen area, didn’t really like that as well. Bedrooms too close together. Probably will not choose this unit again.

Ski Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the condo and LOVE the creek out the back door. Everything was clean, the kitchen was very usable (had all the utensils and cookware we needed), and our hosts communicated very well. It got warm in the unit, but with opening windows and fans, we were able to cool things off to a fairly comfortable temperature. Would recommend!

Great location and a beautiful view!

A beautiful location and just the right size for my family. The property is on a trail (and the Blue River) so lots of people walking by. It would be nice if there were window coverings over the sliding doors and large window that face it for a little privacy. There were a few shower and coffee pot issues. Also a blender is always nice to have!

Overall good stay, nice unit on the ground floor with good parking right outside. Nice to have boot/glove dryer to use after a day skiing. Hot tub was a short walk away and rarely occupied. Unit is warm. We kept the heat off and opened windows mid february to sleep, otherwise it was over 70 degrees in the unit.

Amazing

Clean, orderly, everything we needed was there. The sound of the river is so peaceful we loved the fireplace. The kitchen was accommodating. We all slept great. The pull out sofa in the living room was actually very comfortable. Property management was very good at communication. We will likely come back, such an amazing experience for our family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I think the property itself is beautiful. Great view of the river. I just think there wasn't a lot of care taken on some details that would really help elevate a customer experience. First and foremost, please put some curtains on those big windows in the living room and kitchen! There's absolutely no privacy and people hike that trail right outside. I didn't feel super comfortable and didn't want to leave visible valuables out there. That alarm situation right outside the door was going off at 2 am and I didn't know there was a button to push to turn it off because it's marked outside on that door. I figured it was some security alarm or something as I laid awake the whole time, and I lost half a night's sleep to that thing and it kind of ruined an entire day skiing. I texted property management but they responded like 7 hours later about it. Simple things like there's no butter knives, no salt for simple seasonings when cooking. The shower in the master has a weird ringing noise when it's on. No sponge for the sink. There's WAY too much furniture in the living room to where it's hard to even walk around. Ditch the weird extra red couch and trim down the lounge seating. I wouldn't stay here again overall unfortunately.

However, the fire alarm in the closet outside the door kept beeping and we could hear it in the condo. This (and the loud neighbors upstairs) made it almost impossible to sleep at night.

Elopement Getaway

Overall great experience! We stayed here during our elopement and being able to listen to the blue river while I got hair and makeup before my wedding was just perfect. Will be returning with our kiddos soon
