"We had family business to attend in the area & this was the perfect place for us to stay. The listing was completely accurate and clear. If you are not familiar with the area that the property is located, do your research. I saw that some had complained about the location, but that’s just the area…lol I grew up there. So I’m.familiar with the local wildlife, so to speak. Amenities in the area are limited, but about 15-20 miles from EVERYTHING you cou possibly want. If quiet is what you are...

"House was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed. Host was very responsive to questions both before and during stay. It was the perfect location for us to hop in the golf cart and head to Lake Sumter Landing. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Friendly staff. The rooms are very well maintained and are CLEAN. The breakfast they put out is versatile and the coffee is good and hot -available all day. I will end my 18 months on the road here at microtel. This is honestly the cleanest of my stays. Hey guest, - in the breakfast area- you’re not at home so clean up your own mess! "
