"This property was within walking distance to pretty much everything. The Art and BBQ Festival was happening the same weekend as our stay. We were able to walk there and back easily. The beach is so close, the dune buggy rentals and the dunes themselves are also very close. It was perfect for our trip!"

"The property is not as described: it’s listed as a 9 bedroom property, it only has 8 rooms and one of those, the “loft”shouldn’t count as a bedroom. The loft has a small 3’ x 3’ opening that you have to crawl through to access the room. This posed a major problem for us, as we expected 9 bedrooms and only has 7. Sanel was helpful and opened up a separate cabin next for us to use. We had access to extra bedrooms and bathrooms there. Overall, the location is good, the place is nice and the water...

We enjoyed the large deck and hiking trails! It is also in a great location. Secluded but still a quick drive to all the activity! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Mears!"

"Easy walk to the beach, nice fenced in yard for dogs(must be on chains because fence isnt dog proof). Be very careful where you allow yoir dogs if yoi bring them because there were old pet stains and dogs always want to pee over other dogs pee. Dont let them walk away from you. Our kids loved having the bottom floor to themselves. 40 minute drive to the hunting grounds mu husband likes."

"The property was quiet and in a great location, our neighbors in the camper were very friendly also seen them on the dunes and meet their kids great time. Hot tub was amazing will definitely consider this property again. Few things they can add is a mop, dust pan, and a small vacuum. Other than that it was great."

"Steffany and Doug were fantastic host's! They were quick and helpful! The house and property were even better than described. There were 9 people and everyone was very comfortable. We played games, hot tubbing every day and enjoyed sitting by the fire pit and and truly enjoyed everything there was to do! We would absolutely recommend staying here!
