"Actually it started off very bad. We had to change both rooms. Our room had never been clean and the other we had No Hot water. The phone did not work and the towels had not been replaced. Also there was dog cocky outside in the front that my husband stepped in. However I think his name was Bryant saved the day by upgrading our room and profusely apologizing and being kind helped. However those were things that should never happen. We have stayed there before with no problems. "
