The strategic location of the estate, situated in the territories of the ancient Roman road Claudia Augusta, allows guests to alternate enjoyable afternoons at the edge of the road with walks along the nearby Sile river, along which runs the cycle-pedestrian path that connects Venice to Munich. From here, every day you can take a trip to a different city of art: Venice (30 km), Treviso (7 km), Padua (50 km), Vicenza (90 km), or visit the nearby medieval towns of Roncade, Castelfranco Veneto, Oderzo, Vittorio Veneto, or be amazed by the fabulous artistic heritage of the Venetian Villas. The beaches of the Adriatic Riviera with Jesolo, Eraclea, Caorle are 25 km away and the mountains, including the Belluno Dolomites, are less than 100 km away.

The flat is on the first floor, accessed via an external staircase, and consists of 1 bedroom (with a French bed), a spacious suite (with a small living room with a fireplace, sofa bed and double bed), from which one can access the third bedroom with a French bed, and a large bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen is the most beautiful room, because it is surrounded by glass windows and a balcony where from the sofa you can gaze out over the orchards, which in springtime offer the spectacle of cherry trees in blossom.
On the ground floor, a small sitting room becomes a refuge for reading lovers.
The flat is equipped with 2 air conditioning splits, wifi, 1 fan. The flat has a barbecue and private outdoor space.
