This centrally-located & Cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment features all the amenities you can think of for your beach vacation and offers an unbeatable location right off Ocean Blvd. This apt. is ideal for small families, groups or solo travelers.

This apt. can accommodate up to 3 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:

• Master Bedroom: Queen Bed (1)
• Living Room: Pull-Out Sofa Bed (1)

*** Important for Suite 4 Only: Your parking space is directly in front of the garbage dumpster. This dumpster gets picked up around 6am on Tuesdays. Please make sure to NOT park here during this time. Move car temporarily, Tuesdays only, to the Sandal Factory and then move back after garbage truck comes. IF car not moved and garbage truck unable to access dumpster, additional charges will apply. Thank you for your cooperation.

Walk to all the Village has to offer.
Look for the Trolley in front of Morton's Market...comes every 30 minutes and will take you up and down the key for FREE!
Other things to note
Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150.00 non-refundable fee per pet*.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
-Parking: There is only one TIGHT space for parking. Vans, Large SUVs, Pick-up trucks or any other large vehicle will NOT fit and are not approved.

- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
Please remember that you're staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Thank you for your understanding.
-The unit is located above a Pizza restaurant and in the Heart of Siesta Village. You may hear Village Live music, people & traffic in the evenings.

Bare minimum
This space was clean and quiet even though located right in the center of the city and above a busy restaurant. The apartment has only one entrance and one window, which overlooks the alley and the hvac equipment, but seemed big enough to escape from in an emergency. We basically used the apartment only as an extra bedroom because other family had rented a sweet place nearby with amenities like a porch and pool. The Welcome Guestbook mentions a dishwasher and washing machine, but this apartment does not have those. It is, however, very walkable to the beach.

Short and sweet
Great location to be able to walk to the beach and many restaurants. We did a long weekend stay and it was a nice couples getaway to be able to see the sunset each day and enjoy the night life. Parking is very limited but we expected that and planned accordingly. Was able to message the property owner for a couple questions and got quick response.

The property was great for a weekend getaway. It was very convenient to the restaurants and a short walk to sunset point. A lot of R&R, which was needed!

If you enjoy staying at a pizza place this is for you
Where do I begin, we first show up to the property and say there’s no way this it because the gps stops in a alleyway that goes behind a store and a pizza joint. But we shortly find out that this is the location and the apartment is above a pizza place where you can smell and hear everything underneath you. Then we learn we have to park in front of a trash can that smelled horrible and the parking was extremely tight. We flew in all the way from Missouri and left after being there for an hour and booked another hotel. I just want to get the word out so no one makes the same mistake we did.

Amazing week in Siesta Key
Location of the property was perfect, short walk to everything the village had to offer. No more than a 2 minute walk to restaurants, bars, market, 5 minute walk to the beach. Place had everything we needed for the week, even a few beach chairs and umbrella. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing the property was missing was a balcony, but we knew that going in.

Parking situation was horrible. We parked in front of a garbage dumpster. Twice during the week I had to remove debris from my hood. Tuesday morning was garbage day, had to pay for parking at a different location. Would not recommend this as a vacation stay.

Great place for two people! Mattress is very firm
I really enjoyed staying at this property! It’s great walking distance to everything Siesta Key. I loved exploring nearby. The apartment is a good size one bedroom with one window in the bedroom. I found the mattress to be extremely firm, to the point that I slept on the couch because I like a soft mattress. They have great beach chairs that you can use as well as beach towels which I appreciated. The water pressure was pretty great in the shower.

Location is the best! Everything you need is in condo. One nuance - only 1 window for entire condo (looking to dumster/parking) so you might get a feel of living in cave (while being in living room).

I'm giving this review of 5 stars because the apartment was very clean, modern and looked exactly as was represented. However, there are few things that should be in the description that are not: 1. The apartment sits above a VERY busy pizza restaurant. You WILL hear the workers and patrons until very late at night. 2. The parking is very difficult as it's an alley next to the restaurant. Luckily we were the only car so we were able to drive in and then turn around so we could drive directly out. I can't imagine how anyone would be able to back in or out given the pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Fortunately, we were not there on a Tuesday morning when you are REQUIRED to move your vehicle before 6 AM so that the dumpster can be emptied...you are only told this at check in. 3. Given the location on the main strip, you will hear other businesses getting deliveries and having their trash picked up at 6 AM. Don't get me wrong, we had a lovely stay, but had I known these things, I would have picked a different location but only because of person preference, not because anything was wrong.

Quick holiday get away
Small quaint spot perfect for a couple to get away from it all an no better place to do it then right in the heart of siesta key! Everything you need to do just that is at this spot! Had a few little issues but the communication with owner was prompt and efficient. Would definitely stay again!
