Amazing Waterfront Stay!

We had a great time during our stay! This House is in a perfect location for beach and Siesta Key village access! And added bonus to kayak and see the manatees in the water just behind the property. We hope to be back very soon!

Awesome vacation!! House was wonderful. Had everything we needed and kudos to cleaning staff as it was well maintained! Couldn't have asked for a better location for both the beach and Siesta Village. Highly recommend and we will stay here again when we visit.

Best Location on the Key!
This property is so beautiful. It had everything we needed and more for a wonderful vacation. Walking distance to the beautiful beach and the Village of Siesta Key. Every amenity and a very nice area. I would highly recommend this property. Plenty of space for the whole family and a wonderful heated pool!

Beautiful!
Two families, each with two children, comfortably stayed here! The hospitality was wonderful, the beach was an easy walk and restaurants are close. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool is smaller than it looks but nicely shaded for afternoon swims. We were very happy with our stay!

We had such a nice time in Siesta Keys that we didn't really want to leave! It is gorgeous at the rental home we had and everywhere you can possibly look in the entire town. We walked to the beach and the village daily which was always nice. Thank you to everyone on your team for everything you all did to make sure we were in the best hands. Thank you from all of us. Great house/great location
We stayed at this home for 5 nights in May - the house is in a great location - walk to beach, walk to town and sits on the canal with a dock. The house is great - its very large with plenty of room and very clean. It had everything we needed including kayaks, bikes, fishing poles, and beach stuff (cart, cooler, towels, chairs). The pool was so nice too. Would definitely stay here again.

Latitude Adjustment
We had 4 couples stay here. It had enough space for us all to get together and yet get away from each other!! We spent the mornings by the pool, afternoons at the beach (5 Min. walk-1 block to entrance) and tried every restaurant in the village!! All restaurants were great! Enjoyed our stay for sure!

One Great Stay
We stayed with three other couples and absolutely enjoyed the property. The common area was a great place to gather. The house is fully equipped and offers cycles, kayaks, fishing poles and more. It is indeed a short walk to the beach and the village center. We had one minor electrical problem and the maintenance staff responded very fast.

Great Location, Great for a Family
Our family of 10 had a great time in Siesta Key. The beach was beautiful and so close. You could literally walk everywhere. It was a bit strange having a decorative hole in the master bedroom wall. The service was extremely responsive. The kids loved the pool. The accessories for the beach sure came in handy. We really enjoyed it. Overall a great place to stay.

Great for a family vacation
Property description was very comprehensive and accurate. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a real plus. For someone with limited mobility, the bathroom on the main floor had lots of grab bars in shower and on the walls. The elevator was extremely helpful too. A/C on the ground floor failed but was promptly fixed.

Exceeded my expectations!
Considering our stay was just after Hurricane Milton, the property appeared seemingly untouched. We were there to celebrate my Mom's 92nd birthday, considering some of her physical challenges, the accommodations were perfect for her. The interior decor has an eclectic vibe that is so fun and inviting. I have a self diagnosed phobia about bathrooms. I can't stress enough how CLEAN EVERYTHING was. NO shower or tub mold. The entire unit was PRISTINE. Location is about a 6 to 8 min walk to the beach. Quiet area, easy access to local restaurants and stores. The 24 hr availability to customers service was quite convenient. The property management team is so friendly and customer centric. Should you select this property you've choosen wisely. The ONLY downside to our stay is that we had to leave this bubble of paradise and return to the realities of day to day.

Awesome time at this property
Property is nicely located very clean and spacious equipped with everything you would need for a vacation. Only one negative comment and it wasn’t that bad is just something i think they might need to pay attention to in the future. Second level bedroom was really hot , had to sleep with the doors opened so that air from living room and kitchen could come in to the bedroom.. other than that everything was great….

Perfect Vacation Home!
Latitude Adjustment was the perfect house for our family of 8 to stay. It was clean and very inviting when we arrived and fully stocked with beach gear, towels, and kitchen necessities. The decor is very artistic and happy, giving the vacation a great vibe. Going above and beyond, Cottages at the Key welcomed us with personalized gourmet cupcakes and stopped by with a bottle of wine during our stay. This house is within walking distance of the village and the beach, no need for a car! If you are looking for a perfect place for your family to stay, this is it! We will return!

Great location!
Family age 8-68 stayed at the property. Easy 1 block walk to beach access. The village with lots of restaurants and shops was an easy walk too. We ended up renting a golf cart for fun but could have done without that and just walked. I liked that there was an electronic board in the kitchen with recommendations nearby and communication from the property manager. The extras to take to the beach were awesome! Loved having chairs and a cooler. We also used the bikes and kayaks. Everything we could have hoped for.

A little dated but lovely
The furniture was well worn but neat and clean. The first sink in the master bathroom would run if you didn’t fiddle with it to position the handle just right. And there weren’t enough bath towels so we had to wash the one each left for us constantly. Those are really minor things that can be fixed easily. The property, the view and the interaction with the management team was awesome!

Perfect vacation place !
I am a vacation connoisseur and our key lime cottage filled all of our "must haves" for a perfect girls week with five little ones. Location is perfect - short walk to the beach and to the village. We didn't even rent a car. We enjoyed every single beach restaurant with live music and each was very kid friendly. Also enjoyed walking in the morning with my granddaughter to get mini-donuts and coffee. Latitude adjustment was very cute and babies were able to sleep on different levels and not be affected by noise. Pool was warm and we loved having a beach cart for hauling towels and toys to the beach. Beach wasn't crowded even on spring break. Management left cupcakes and offered wine and was accommodating and helpful. The key lime cottage will guarantee a perfect vacation - please just don't take our week!
