"Overall, the stay was great. Customer service is a big deal for me; the lady who checked us in was terrific. She offered coffee, hot cocoa, cookies, and came out and ignited the fire for us. She was just super friendly. The lady who set up breakfast was equally super. The room was a bit older, but it was clean and comfy. The towels could have been a bit more comfortable, but it did the job. Great overall and and I would stay there. The price was great through the app I used. "

"We stayed over the Christmas holiday. The staff, including housekeeping, restaurant and the saloon, were amazingly helpful and friendly. The room was charming and the beds were comfortable! It is an old building and must be treated with care. The elevator was not working. This was a good thing because our room was right next to it and didn’t have any noise problems. "The property is nice its just not the greatest area but worth the money the only problem for me is there rooms are upstairs i lucked out and git 1 of there only rooms downstairs it was nice but right next to thr busy road and people were coming in the wee hours of the morning just to park for a little while and then leave so go figure. "

"This is such a cool property to anchor your Bisbee experience out of. There is a ton of music memorabilia and art, with amazing views of the stars at night. "We stayed for a couple of nights and we brought our little dog with us and we had a great overall experience. The room was very well appointed, clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel amenities were excellent and the staff was very helpful at all times. We will most definitely stay there again! Highly recommended, honestly."

"Ramsey Canyon area is beautiful. Stayed during the weekend of 4th of July and it was very quiet and serene. Will definitely be coming back to Hereford area in the future."

"Convenient location and perfect option for our needs. We were hunting deer in the local mountains for four days and wanted an option vs setting up camp, etc. The property interior was clean and well stocked with essentials. Access in and out was very easy for us; plus the neighborhood is quiet and has scenic mountain views. "
