" Meets my criteria; clean, comfy, quiet and affordable. Older property, pretty bare bones, but an amazing, responsive staff and the ownership knows what is necessary to maintain a budget property. Whenever I visit Phoenix, I stay here. Fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, nice TV. Hot water in the shower. Bring your own cookware, etc. Only downside was terrible wifi. Security at night which is great. Pet people, pick up the poop, bags and disposal is provided. Convenience store right...

"A couple of changes would have bee good: Nice chair for the bedroom area for dressing and watching TV. I was in the handicap room. The bed was OK and slept OK, but I think you need a new mattress in there and the bed should be higher. However the hotel as a whole was great including a nice breakfast and good coffee. Thanks. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful."

"The staff and the rooms were nice. The staff that checked us in were awesome. The outside area is a little sketchy. We were swimming and my kids pointed out a transient in the bushes watching us which cut are swimming short. "
