"Fabulous home and service. My family and I had the most amazing time at this Hollywood Hills estate. The location was perfect, with stunning views of LA and the Chateau Marmont. I couldn't get over how close we were to the Chateau Marmont. The pool and hot tub were a treat at night to relax and view at the LA downtown views. The host communicated very well with us when we had any questions. We had to ask the host to turn on the hot tub remotely we wanted to use it and they were very responsive...

"The drive was amazing and the scenery was beautiful. The property owner did respond to our emails in a quick manner but we had to reach out to get instructions the day of our trip. Advance instructions is just my preference. The entrance instructions were very clear but I was not aware when I booked that we were walking down and up stairs to get to our room in the back of the house. We stayed in our room area for sleeping and it was very comfortable. I loved the beds, the space and the room...

"This property stood out because of the outdoor living area, including pool, spa and grill. We paid extra ( $399) to have the pool heated for one day and it was perfect. The rooms and en suites were very nice and comfortable, plenty of space for us. We did request the property manager come over and show us how things worked because the appliances and faucets, etc. are all pretty high tech. The dishwasher was not stable, and did not work, but the manager sent repairmen over right away and they...

"Large space just home with great layout. Pool and Jacuzzi were definitely perks for the kids to keep them busy before venturing out during the days guest suite was perfect for sister-in-law to be able to get away. Awesome neighborhood to be in walking distance to target and other shopping stores. Overall, excellent place to stay if visiting LA. Down the street from Melrose place lol"

"This is advertised as a million dollar mansion with spectacular views but it is an absolute dump. The house was disgusting and filthy. The floors made your feet black, the sheets had stains on them, and their was dust everywhere. The pictures of the home make it seem that is well put together. In reality, there are dirt on the wall, holes in the floor, ceilings, and walls. When an area is touched up with paint, it is done with a different color so the overall house looks run down and old....
