The service at the pools was exceptional, and we want to give a special shout-out to Adan, Felix, Christian, and Angel, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We were also fortunate to attend the New Year’s Eve event, which was impeccably organized with incredible attention to detail. Antonio’s warm and professional service stood out and made the night even more memorable. Additionally, we dined at Zao Shene, where Antonio once again provided phenomenal service, making the meal an unforgettable culinary experience. Another highlight was our dinner at Fellini’s. Bartolo was outstanding—his knowledge of the menu, impeccable service, and genuine kindness elevated our evening. It was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. The only negatives were the live music by the pools was too loud (not relaxing) and the two hot tubs were not working a couple of the days - only warm at best. This vacation was a real treat over the holidays!"
