"We loved everything and everyone at the Address Beach Hotel."

"I was an El Alamain for the Egypt Airshow and chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport compared with the other hotel options that were recommended for the event. The location is fantastic. My room was clean and the amenities provided were superb. The hotel itself is located in the Hacienda neighborhood - and for those who are coming by taxi (or Uber, which I recommend) , you will need to instruct the driver to enter the Hacienda area through gate number two. Rooms are cabana style with a private patio facing a nice man made lagoon. Mine was a scant 150 m from some of the cleanest clearest ocean I have ever experienced. The hotel has dining options. The food I ate was perfectly good. There is a bar and a Cantina located on the beach as well as in the main area of the horseshoe of the hotel. Overall - a fantastic stay if a little inconvenient to get to because the hotel is at the back of the Hacienda neighborhood. I nevertheless would strongly recommend this as a couples hotel or even for a business stay. Great staff. "

"Balcony door would not lock due to lock falling out! Expensive food and manual addition for billing. Poor pool hours. No lifts. Security staff asleep. One roll of toilet paper and no reserves. This is a cheap 1980s Spanish hotel at best. I will never return. "

"The hotel manager (Mr. Ahmed Farag ) and concierge ( Mr. Adham ) at this hotel were exceptional. The hotel manager was always attentive and made sure that all of our needs were met. They were organized and efficient in handling any issues or requests that we had during our stay. The concierge was extremely knowledgeable about the area and provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and activities. They were also very helpful in arranging transportation and making reservations for us. Overall, the hotel manager and concierge went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service were truly commendable. We highly recommend this hotel based on our positive experience with the hotel manager and concierge."

"Everything is OUTSTANDING! from reception to house keeping to restaurant to pools etc! Staff are extremely helpful and wanting to do everything to make you happy and comfortable. Hotel is not on the beach front, however they provide a golf cart (ready on request) that is ready to pick and drop you whenever you want... works nicely! Furniture and food quality are outstanding too. In summary, I haven't stayed in any hotel in Egypt that wow'ed me more than The Address Marassi"

"Room is far from reception, hotel provides golf car service but could not call for golf car because phone and internet were down for more three hours. The tv service was also down. Room description says lagoon and see view but sea view was obstructed by a fence. Beach is far and there are plenty of rocks which you need to navigate before you can swim. There are plenty of trash on the beach. The hotel also does not have limo service so you need to arrange for transportation in and out. Breakfast and dinner are good but it is tailored to serve foreign workers who leave at certain time in the morning and return for dinner at certain time in the evening. You may be out of luck if your timing is off.In summary; avoid booking this hotel unless you like to pay hefty price for a mediocre service."
