"Lovely staff, nice and clean rooms. The city view advertised is not all that great but the area around the hotel was quite nice so this wasn't a big deal. The luggage storage area was a big help for my group so really appreciated them having a facility for that!"

"Great location and price with super choices all nearby. Nice picture window in the room. Our room a bit dusty and the in-room phone covered in an age old coating of dust, not sure how that happens in a place like this. The room we stayed in was missing a fridge and the teapot had been stolen. Front desk replaced the teapot but no fridge. The staff all top notch and the morning breakfast a great choice before heading out for the day of action. Concierge desk staff a special mention of great merit, they are very good. Small gym on the 11th floor did the trick as well."
