「My family and I arrived at the hotel near midnight because of the plane delay.However, The receptionist of the hotel has been waiting patiently for us and carefully told us the exact location of the hotel on the phone again and again.made us feel the enthusiasm of sicilian. Thank you very much.Besides, we also found a welcome drink carefully prepared by the landlord in the refrigerator in the room.The location here makes our trip very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and will choose it...

「From the moment we arrived we had a great time. Our room ‘Norma’ was perfect with fantastic views over Via Maqueda. Lovely Romina was so helpful, making recommendations of restaurants / areas to visit and reservations for us. The facility of nearby parking was really beneficial. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!」

「Me, my wife, and kid greatly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Everything exceed our expectations. The room was clean, with comfortable bed, and modern furniture, on a quiet street. The hotel provided for free beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys for kids. 「The hotel is close to the bus and train stations, and the area is relatively dirty, but the hotel and rooms were perfectly cleaned. Electrical appliances function there barely. There is almost nothing functional. The area was also quieter than other parts of the city. The kitchen needs to be repaired and needs a little more cleaning as no one uses that part.
