"Overall a great stay especially in the semi private room , only 3 people, more space for yourself and your suitcases, things , clothes you can hang , mire privacy and locker is by your bed . The only concern I have is that how I wish the management will add one more microwave , I see people in line waiting for microwave to hear their food especially in the morning and dinner time. Also I wish there’s a dish rack, because some of the plates are still wet in the storage area, one small towel a day...

"Stayed for 1 night at a double room in 802. The room was pretty clean except for the carpet. It was stained, dirty and looks like it has not been deep cleaned in a while. The washroom was clean and had a bidet. Note: there is no TV"

"I loved A16. It is an ideal spot to start a trip to Tokyo. It was very easy to get to, coming from Narita Airport and there are LOTS of good, cheap dining options within a very short walk. While not necessarily the closest place to tourist spots, it is very close to Asakusa-bashi train station, making it very easy to get around Tokyo. "Loved the hot spring and sauna available to you when you stay!! Also very close to the temple in asakusa! Will definitely return when im looking to stay in the area!"

"Great location, comfortable bed. It is cramped, but it’s a hostel after all. I’d stay again if I return to Tokyo. I needed assistance checking in and was not able to reach a staff member at the phone number provided. Fortunately one of the travelers in our group figured out a solution. I was disappointed in the lack of customer service."
