“All staff encountered were polite and courteous, and went out of their way to accommodate special requests. The property itself is excellent with plenty of space, but above all very quiet. The restaurant food was also excellent with a reasonabke variety to choose from. The only suggestion I would offer is to have tea or coffee facilities in the bedrooms for convenience. ”

“My room was on the 2nd floor at the front of the hotel. A nightclub which exited at the front of hotel was open nearly every night until 4 or 5am. Very noisy from 2am until 5am most nights. I stayed 2wks total. Many taxies outside dropping off and picking up through the night. Luckily I sleep well but was woken up several times with horns beeping and many people shouting. As I had an early start each day, I was at breakfast at 7am when it was scheduled to open. It never opened on time. Normally……

“Struttura molto ben posizionata, nuova e ben tenuta. Il personale è stato molto gentile con noi per ogni esigenza che avevamo. Ci hanno snche proposto un upgrade della camera per permetterci di stare pou comodi. L'aspetto negativo è che non tutti parlavano inglese quindi spesso è stato difficile comunicare.”

“Très beau logement mais froid l’hiver, fenêtres non isolantes. La Clim sert de chauffage mais ça ne suffit pas, et le bruit est infernal. En demandant un radiateur d’appoint à l’accueil j’ai l’impression de me faire gronder comme un môme car j’aurai soit disant mal compris le réglage de l’appareil.”

“Dining was way too expensive. Dinner cost $45 per person in the basement with no ambiance. Food was OK, but certainly not fine dining. Sheets on bed we slept in barely covered the bed, meaning one of us had to use the extra blanket. In the room we were in #4 we never had hot water. Showers were lukewarm. ”
