"Booked 2 rooms separately and they were so kind to put us next to each other. Incredible staff, from front desk to maintenance. Everyone was helpful and kind. "

"I was meant to receive a package on the last day of my trip. I informed the hotel staff of this package. When it arrived they claimed I was not an active guest at the hotel and the package got returned to sender with no way to stop it. The breakfast vouchers are a joke. If you don't like one of the food items (fruit or pastry) instead of substituting another food item, you get water so you LOSE OUT ON THE LITTE FOOD THEY ALREADY PROVIDE. The garage they have tries to charge you $75 dollars a day to park regardless of whether you have parking as part of your accommodations and seems to not communicate or coordinate with the hotel they're attached to at all. Overall the room was nice enough, though a bit beat up in places. The A/C worked well and was great to combat the 94 degree weather. Just don't trust the staff to help or bank on having breakfast at the hotel at all. They run out of food extremely early everyday. "
