"Well located hotel right in front of the Otaru train station. Service is best in class. Onsen offers variety of choices including outdoors and indoors. 9 to 11 pm offers free ramen and ice cream. In the morning it offers free yogurt drink and welcome snacks. Little things add up to an unforgettable experience. My wife and daughter enjoy the stay very much. Also, it is 3 minute walk from fish market with lots of fresh seafood options. The whole town with many landmarks, museums, shops...

"PROS: - Spacious room. - They provide all the amenities. - I do appreciate the toilet and shower bring separate. - Exterior lights make it convenient to find from the street:) This was a huge plus for someone who isn't familiar with the area. Once I got to the main street and saw the exterior lights, it made finding my way back to the hotel super helpful. - Customer service is great. - They're willing to hold your luggage as you explore the area. - It is about an 8 min. walk to Otaru...
