"Left my toiletry kit in the bathroom and left for Mt Fuji, the staff was very helpful in retrieving my lost items and held it for me to collect once i came back to Tokyo "

"Good room, great bed, good view, clean washroom, great mini hot spring, the gym was very basic but had everything you needed. Even had a viewing deck. Just well put together. Laundry and restaurant on site. Only thing to consider is maybe the train might annoy some. We were on floor 7."

The breakfast is simple, consisting of toast, plain soup, and coffee or tea. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable."
