"The hotel was in the great condition, the staffs are very helpful and friendly. The location is very strategic, the rooms are spacious. Toilets are clean and tidy. However during my stay, I would like to highlight 2 things that need attention from the hotel. First is the carpet condition which is uneven near to the bathroom door. Second is the bathroom smells like a dump/old furniture. Other than these, I would say perfect."

"We reserved this hotel by reviews and we absolutely loved to stay here. Hotel room was a little bigger than other Japanese hotels and service was so good. I definitely want to stay here if I come back to Sapporo. I highly recommend to buy breakfast as you book your room. It is totally worth it. "

"My husband and I stayed 4 nights in the comfort double room. Pro: The room was large enough for us to open up two luggages. It had a washing and/or drying machine which was convenient. Metro station, restaurant, and convenience store was walking distance. Con: Nothing memorable. Overall it was a good hotel and would book again if traveling to Sapporo. "

"The room is clean, spacious, very modern, comfy bed. Only 5-8min walk to the train station, very convenient. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Japan, highly recommend this hotel. Only downside, no gym facilities. "
