Exceeded our expectations, which is important to note, as there is no lift, plenty of stairs to haul your luggage up, no luggage storage or forwarding options and an automated check-in process that relies on receiving a code to check-in a day or two before. Knowing and expecting all this beforehand, you can plan accordingly and it’s no problem at all. The room was clean, functional and very comfortable. Rubbish removed daily and fresh towels provided. It’s a great area that is quiet but very convenient and right near a station and 7 Eleven. Excellent location actually once you get to know the area a bit.

Best place to stay if you are traveling with a small child. There are several stores and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance (Don quijote, 7 eleven, Denny's and several japanese restaurants). Asakusa train station is within walking distance.The hotel is very clean, quiet and front desk staffs were very polite and helpful. Overall 10/10
