「This hotel surpassed expectations from a service and amenities standpoint. It was easy to find and there were plenty of dining options nearby. We had a family of 6 split into 2 rooms and they were kind enough to provide 2 rooms that were beside each other for us. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at susuranso, The staff were so helpfull , even organised tickets for komagatake ropeway for us. The hotel is very clean and has great views of the surrounding mountains.」

「Superb hospitality from the owner and his team. Breakfast on both days were delicious. If you arrive by train, private transport to the property may be arranged. We shared a room for 4pax with a private toilet. Wash basins with a water dispenser was communal. It was a very special experience for us. Loved the natural setting of the onsen. 」

「今回、8月12日身内に不幸ごとがあり、その3週間前から.危険な状態が続いていたので、7月末にキャンセルをしました。しかし、私のキャンセルのし忘れだったホテルがあったみたいで、ご迷惑をかけました。別のホテルは、こちらの状態を聞いていただき、本当にかかった経費だけの請求でしたが、こちらのホテルは、宿泊予定だった翌日のしかも朝の7時過ぎに電話一本で無愛想に連絡があり、こちらの状態も確認せず、全額払とてほしいとのことでした。年配の責任者でしたが、サービス業とは思えない対応と心配りに欠ける責任者でした。全額振込みましたが。もう二度と予約はしないです。」
