"The best. 5 min walk from Matsumoto station, just past the busiest streets. Love the clean floors when everyone is asked to take off shoes and clean the suitcases’ wheels. Very friendly and helpful staff. Onsen was very nice. Superb value for money option. "

"This hotel is close to the train station, about a 5-10 minute walk. Check in was easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was about a 10 minute walk north from the hotel to get to an area with interesting restaurants and shops. I also like that you can book a room with a washing machine, although I didn't not do so myself. If I visit Matsumoto again, I would definitely look to stay here."

Toiletries and tea powder were placed in the lobby for self service. Good Japanese system but must get used to it. Overall, it is an excellent hotel. "
