"Staff were great. Room was modern and location was great. Only thing is the check in time is really late for a hotel. They offered us a free drink but couldn’t use it until after check in. Given a lot of people arrive by train earlier in the day, although we could store our luggage, when we returned an hour before check-in to see if our room was ready, the free drink would’ve gone a long way rather than offering to charge us for an extra hour.
