"Highly recommend it! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the check in process was very easy and the room was very spacious for 5 adults and a little kitchen with basic utensils and supermarket just infront of the hotel, also the bus stop is right outside of the hotel so very convenient. Would definitely stay here again"

"- The staffs are details and can communicate well, so you get the information you need to know. - the facilities are clean and functional (this is helpful) except for the wifi and air-con heater. - have problem to access the wifi after mid-night, worse off it was totally not available for connection on my last night. As I need to work on my laptop at night, this is an issue for me. - air-con heater in the main room have problem keep the warm even running for few hours. "

"This was the best property we stayed while in Japan. Location was perfect, walkable to Gion (10min) and Kiyomizu-dera. Bus stop & Lawson are both 5 min away. Property was very well maintained, and my 7yo daughter enjoyed the large screen from her bunk bed. No traditional dryer but you can dry your clothes in the shower room which has a dryer function! "We really enjoyed our stay here. We were 5 adults and 1 child. The hotel is newer, very clean, and the staff was great. Check in and check out we’re very quick and easy. Have the laundry and detergent readily available was very convenient and helpful. The hotel is by a 711, 2-3 minute walk to the blue line which is one stop to Gion.
