Beautiful and well kept

The only reason I am giving it a 4 is because this is not 4 people studio. It is great for a couple, but we went with our daughters and it was really crowded! Specially with the rain (it rained the whole time). Also, the parking is not ideal. I would love to come back, but rent the upstairs units (could not find it anywhere in this site...). Overall, the amenities were really nice, new, clean and comfortable - I would recommend it for a weekend getaway for a couple.

Unit was not Guest ready upon arrival.

Upon arrival, we notice large clusters of asian beetles (lady bugs) in the corners and along where the wall met the ceiling. One of the clusters easily had 100 beetles in it, the pull out couch was not functional either. We had a very large group and rented both units. The floors had been swept/vacuumed but not mopped (noticeable spills on floor). We called the contact and she was very apologetic and sent someone over (took about an hour to hour and a half). He vacuumed the bugs up and was nice enough to leave the vacuum should they get out of control again, and he fixed/repaired the pull out (even though we did not use it in fear that it would break again). He also stated he would be speaking with the cleaning people about the lack of cleanliness. Another thing to note, is that the 2nd unit is directly above. Voices and foot steps can be very loud on the bottom level, this was not too much of an issue for us since we rented both units. Overall the unit is adorable, and we may have stayed at a bad time, the contact (maybe owner) was very responsive and nice.

Peaceful getaway

We had a great time at this studio near lake Texoma. The neighborhood was pretty quiet, and we were there over 4th of July weekend. We enjoyed sitting outside listening to the locust and watching the lightning bugs. The studio was clean and very functional. Great getaway!
