Nice location
This property needs a lot of work to be a real premier property. The construction in the kitchen area is not finished. The refrigerator is new but does not even have ice trays. The electric system needs to have switches installed on the ceiling fans and some lights only have pull chains that cannot be reached by Alton’s under 6ft . I am 6f1and had to stand on my tip toes to reach the hall light switch. The light in the bathroom would not work and after two days of trying to reach the propertmanager they did get al lamp so the bathroom was finally fully usable. The tub had a very dirty ring . And 1/2 of the closet doors were missing. This is a really nice location and the house could be really nice with a few minor final touches . Oh and do not leave the google home device plugged in that is not a good thing for customer privacy.
