"Took a taxi to and from a local attraction. First thing both said was you are not in a safe area. Don’t walk after dark. The note on the front desk stating “there have been many vehicle break ins, leave nothing of value in your cars. We are not responsible”. This should have been a clue. Having said that we never had anything taken over two nights. Our room was facing a concrete manufacturing plant with many “bangs” and large vehicles moving throughout the morning and daytime. "

"Overall, I thought the property was great value. It's literally connected to the "Centric" (which has a nice rooftop bar). The rooms were comfortable and clean and it's a 2 minute walk to Beale. The check in experience definitely needs improvement. Our room wasn't ready at 4 so we went for a drink next door. Came back around 6pm and they still hadn't checked the room. Knowing we had already tried to check in, I think our rooms should have been a priority so we could get in our room...

"The front desk staff are friendland all smiles, the beds are bit high so of you have a toddler with the risk of fall is there. The only thing that was off with me was the carpet it needs cleaning, my babies were running around the room and when i took off their socks they were dirty. Lastly, just bring flip flops they dont have disposable ones. I guess i will remember to bring one when I come back."
