"Very clean, nice hotel. Staff was awesome. Area was quiet however, there were tornados in the area so the sirens went off (testing) but otherwise, very enjoyable experience."

"Front desk was sympathetic for our room not being ready at 3pm. We were given a text maybe around 4pm or 5. Not quite sure over a month later but everything was fine. We did have to wait on towels to be cleaned before we received enough for the whole family. We were in town for the Grizzlies vs Spurs and went to the Lorraine Hotel."

"Great service. The area is a little sketch, but they make you feel safe with a gated parking lot and security guards. I'm not sure there's too mamy places in Memphis that aren't a little sketch. The room was fine. The toilet was plugged and they didn't fix it after notifying them, but it was fine. I gave it 5 stars for what it is. A place to stay and sleep. If you want something fancy or a resort, then spend another $200 a night. For $82, its what you get. "

"This property, which included free parking and free breakfast, was an excellent value. The only downside during our stay was too much noise from union Boulevard. Otherwise, we had a five star experience."
