Location appears rural, but there are active train tracks very nearby, so it can get noisy, but it settles a bit at night. "We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!"

"For a large family and two dogs in a love with the water this was a perfect location for us. The property was well cared for. Any issues the property manager was easily available. "I spent a week in this tiny house, and yes, it's tiny! The washer and dryer are in the bedroom, so there's no room for a nightstand. I used my luggage. There wasn't a good place to store my week's worth of clothes, either. I figured it out. Other than those minor inconveniences, this place is lovely. The host was awesome, very quick with responses. He even followed up on s question to make sure it was settled"
