Shannon Pet-friendly Hotel

"A planned overnight at this Shannon Airport Hotel turned into two nights after a huge windstorm caused the cancellation of our morning flight to London. The staff went overboard to allow us to continue to stay another night...as there was huge demand for accommodations by other travelers wishing to depart the next day. Hotel is very convenient to Shannon Airport...across the parking lot~! Staff is personable and cares about its guests. Facility is tired, light bulb out in bathroom...and heat...

"One night only but was out for most of the evening. Dined in the restaurant where service was prompt up to main course as we arrived after 9pm and ‘the kitchen was closing’. After main course was served, restaurant staff disappeared and the only staff were those using the restaurant as a thoroughfare on their way home off shift (presumably banqueting staff) who didn’t look left or right in case someone asked them something…. "This is a well kept place. Very nice. Beautiful grounds. I came a bit late and they were so forgiving. Breakfast was very nice too. This is a old manor house that been converted to a hotel. I loved it."

"Had a lovely time at this hotel. Upgraded to the biggest room and it exceeded my expectations. It was so lovely and spacious. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Would love to stay here again when I return to Ireland"
