Not only are the staff friendly and welcoming, the service is good, the food is good and the rooms are nice and clean. If you don’t speak Mandarin the staff are accommodating and friendly and will find a member of the staff to communicate with you in a friendly manner. I was never frustrated or left without anything. Going to the tradeshow only minutes away was extremely useful as casual...

"The AC was not working in the room and when we called the technician we were told that the hotel's air conditioning was under maintenance. Mosquito's and bed bugs kept me awake all night! I did report the experience to the property manager the next morning and was told that a refund will be provided."

Our room had lots of reclaimed wood on the floors and walls, spectacular tiles on the floor, many noticeable details that made it look modern but also comfortable. The shower floor and walls look like gray slate and it was really big with an overhead rainfall shower as well as a hand held shower head.
