Fine house and property, but wasp infested
Infested with wasps. My 2 year old got stung on his foot and couldnt walk the whole trip. Dollywood was ruined. Ended up having to bug bomb the upstairs, so both kids had to sleep in the small bed downstairs with my husband and me. Good communication from the property and guest services management. Did offer to relocate us, but moving a whole family's stuff somewhere else at 7 months pregnant sounded awful. Loose loose.

Overall great!
This is a really nice cabin. Great location. Very clean. Great amenities. No issues really. The fireplace was down, which was a little bit of a bummer, but communication was in place it was going to be that way due to it needing to be fixed. We just wish it had been working…but overall we had a really nice stay.

Relaxing weekend
The house was well equipped with all you need. The beds slept wonderful and the sound of the river was so nice sitting on the porch. We enjoyed the fire pit also! Beautiful house!

Nice little cabin
Nice cabin in gated community. Cabin was clean. Communication from owners was prompt. Teenagers loved pool table and had upstairs to themselves. View from upstairs was beautiful! Only down side- if we had more than one car pakring would be problematic. But still give it 5 stars.

Perfect! With one caveat.
The place was perfect for our short stay. Very clean, and the kids enjoyed the space and bunk bed. One point of feedback is that the light fixture over the bunk bed hangs too low as my child hit her head on it twice while getting out of bed. That fixture needs to be replaced with something that doesn’t hang so low. Thank you!

Cabin was exactly as advertised. Five minutes from Dollywood. 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Great location. Short drive to anywhere. Host was very fast at answering the few questions we had. We will be repeat customers.

Family getaway
Great little cabin for our family vacation! Our kids loved the big bunk beds and learning how to play pool! Hot tub was nice in the evenings( and very clean), especially since we were able to watch the fireworks from Dollywood every night from the deck! That was a great bonus! Very close to Dollywood and pigeon forge. We loved the location. This is a part of a cabin community though, so don't expect to be isolated from others. There are a lot of other cabins around, however the view was still pretty great! Tip, bring your own pillow. Very clean and would stay here again.

Hidden Springs Resort
The cabin appears to have been a rental since built with expected signs of wear. Views from back deck were pretty good towards the right. We were a group of 6 and were comfortable, 10 may be a stretch unless they’re small kids. Communal indoor pool hours are currently 10am - 10pm and is walkable down the steep one way road behind the cabin. The pool area could use some TLC, appears the sun deck is fairly new. Great communication / responsiveness from our host!

INCREDIBLE Views! Great Experience.
I celebrated my thirty-sixth Birthday with three of my closest friends for three nights over an April weekend. We lucked out and had some of the best spring weather anyone can ask for (low-mid 60s and sunshine all day). The first and IMO best part about Justin and Kari's cabin is the view from the back porch. It's one of the most incredible views I've gotten to experience in the state of TN. It is one of the highest up cabins in the neighborhood and you can see for miles all the way to the smokies. You can also hear the steam train from Dollywood every 45 minutes or so during the day, not loud and annoying, just calmly in the background, it really made the trip feel like an authentic TN mountain cabin should. There really is so much to take in from the porch that we spent an entire evening just relaxing and watching the birds (we saw hawks, a falcon and what we think was an eagle) from the hot tub when we had originally planned to go fishing. It is about as close to Pigeon Forge as you could want to be while still feeling secluded and in the mountains. Justin and Kari were very responsive from day one when I booked until I checked out and always replied to my messages within a few minutes. Check in is a breeze and the cabin is very cozy with a fireplace and very nice TV. No complaints from our crew, we will certainly be back to the kick back shack!

It was clean.
The stay was good but the wifi was super slow couldn’t even use it, the sink faucet upstairs was coming out sideways, and dining table was wobbling. The bedsheet for the upstairs couch had stains on it.

Loved this cabin!
The cabin was perfect for our family/friends trip. The location was great. It was close enough to entertainment but still secluded to get that mountain feel. Justin was quick to respond the entire trip. We would def stay here again. The only thing missing was a pizza cutter :) lol

Perfect Sping Break
Visited over Spring break with my husband and two kids (ages 2 & 5). The location was great, just minutes away from Dollywood and a short drive from the national park/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. While it is part of a resort area, it still managed to feel secluded, and the amenities were perfect for a family getaway (hot tub, community indoor pool, and BBQ grill). Would highly recommend!

If you are looking for a good location in the Dollywood area of Pigeon Forge, I would recommend this cabin. It is conveniently located and accessible. The description is as accurate as you would expect on VRBO for a cabin that has been used consistently. As other reviewers have noted, the master bed is extra firm. The double bunk beds are a great asset. I would suggest bringing extra and bigger towels if that is important to you. The view is excellent. Although surrounded by other cabins, it does not "feel" like you are on top of other guests. Overall good experience.
