Our stay at Jolene Lookout was great! The view over the lake was beautiful. We had a few problems with the property, but we called and they sent someone from maintenance to resolve our issues. Overall we had a great vacation.

Perfect Getaway

Our family had a wonderful week at this home. The views of the lake were beautiful! The house was amazing!! Game room and indoor pool were a huge hit! The beds were very comfortable and having plenty of bathrooms for our large group was one of the BEST amenities of the home! Highly recommend this place for a group …. Enough space to spread out and yet great common space in the kitchen/living area for meals and being together!

Lakefront beauty

Our family and friends had an amazing time at this 4 story retreat. The drive to Dollywood was only 15 miles away. The cabin fit all of us very comfortably with their 4 master suites. The kids had an absolute blast with the arcade, indoor pool, and hot tub. The adults had fun playing pool and enjoyed the unbelievable views on the balconies of the lake. We will be back soon !

Not the best experience

There is nothing positive to say about this experience. It started with not having the right access code to pool area, a completely unfinished back yard area. The main reason to rent this property was for my husband and son to fish but you can’t even get to the waterline. It says pet friendly but there is absolutely no grass area or flat land for your pet to go. There was no steps for hot tub. The pool table leg was broke off. The arcade game didn’t work for our entire stay. The main fireplace wasn’t even hooked up. The last day we were there, the owner didn’t pay the electric bill so it was shut off until we could reach the property manager to get it turned back on. The 2nd day there, a mouse ran across the kitchen floor!!!!For the amount paid, this was not worth it.

Perfect Lake Vacation!

This beautiful home provided a lot of joy to our family. The indoor pool, the game room, the easy access to the beach, and the variety of common spaces made this place just perfect for our family. We love that there were plenty of restrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals at home.

Know before you go

The resort is under a lot of construction with building debris every where; nails, screws, boards, cinder blocks and flooring/roofing material. The roads where very tight and many areas with cliffs and no guard rails, some parts of the road were caving in. No place for pets to enjoy or use the bathroom, we found a pet park in Seveirville but thats about it. The cabin was nice but rushed. They cut the power on us one day and my poor Dads breathing machine stopped and we had to deal with that. Construction noise all week, no days off. Tried to watch movies but the buffering was a lot. No place to store food in the kitchen except on the counter and floor. Beds were nice, water pressure good. Could use ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Stove needs to be leveled, and some doors on the rooms would not shut. This resort will be a lot nicer in about 5 to 10 years. Was not worth what I paid so I probably won't do it again. Not appealing with all the work, there were tennise shoes of some ones just cast aside next to our cabin and bottles littered the ground. Could not be barefoot even on the porches, roofing nails and screws where in the cracks and if you didnt watch you could step on one. They didn't come get the trash the whole 14 days we were there so it started to stink. Couldnt get the fire pit lit, we think it was out of propane. They cleaned the pool two days before we left.

Nice home but construction next door

We loved the house, the view of the water & the hot tub. The pool water was too cold to use the pool. The construction noise next door was too much. You couldn’t peacefully enjoy the decks. That was a bummer. We had to wait until they left to really enjoy the property. I wish that had been more transparent. Also there’s a lot of stairs. Not anyone’s fault but my own. I didn’t really think going up & down to enjoy all the lower level amenities would be a big deal but it is after a few trips. The company did offer us a partial refund for the construction issues which we greatly appreciated. It was a nice stay once we got past all of that. When the crew was gone for the day it was very enjoyable. We loved how big the house was. Everyone had their own floor. The bottom level was so much fun!

Amazing Lake home

The lake views from the house were amazing. The house has four floors… three floors with bedrooms and bottom floor with pool, game rooms and outside hot tub. Loved the house.

Very disappointed

Pool was dirty and was unusable, Cleanliness is unacceptable, and they only offered $100 in which I did not want. I just wanted my pool clean which never happened.
