"Out of six places we stayed in England, this was my teens’ favorite. It’s an easy walk from Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace and other sites. We appreciated the warm welcome from one of the owners - Peter. He and his twin brother, Bernard, were so attentive in the breakfast room each morning! For three nights we had a room with a double bed and two twins - so the kids didn’t have to share. We were in the lower level by the breakfast room, but never heard morning noise. "This was a great budget option!! Breakfast was nice, especially inside london don't see free breakfast very often. Yes this is a budget place but it was clean and we enjoyed our stay, would stay again. Be aware no toiletries included"

"My stay was for one night and the hotel suited my needs perfectly. It offered good value for money and the room and bed was comfortable. The room and building could do with redecorating but that didn’t affect my stay. Check in and out was easy and staff / owner friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for basic accommodation at value for money cost."

"The hotel is less than a block from Paddington station which is amazingly convenient to get to almost anywhere. The area was safe to walk around and lots of food options, and also a quick walk to many other sites. It's in a historic property, but we were able to get a room with an en suite bathroom. "Just under a mile away from the Horley train station and a short drive to the Gatwick airport. Rooms are spread between the first and second floor with shuttle service and breakfast options available. Minor issues with the room where the shower was not draining properly, but was still able to freshen up.
