Beautiful, spacious home
This villa was perfect for our needs. The pool, the large living space, multiple bathrooms and bedrooms, and outdoor eating and cooking area was amazing. You’re going to enjoy this home and all it’s gorgeous plants! The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked! A word about the toilets: this home does not allow flushing of toilet paper so if that’s not something you’re comfortable with you should be aware. Also: you must bring your own pool towels which of course we had not done from abroad. Other than those two things - comfortable and spacious and beautiful.

Amazing property
The villa is located in a quiet private neighbourhood with everything you need around you (please pay attention to opening times of places). The villa is massive (we didn't use the 1st floor at all) with absolutely everything you need. Huge lounge , good sized bedrooms and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with all utensils and spices, etc. There are child seats in the cupboards if you rent a car and don't want to spend on their ridiculous fees. There is a beautiful barbeque area, which of course is very well stocked. As we were in February, the pool was closed, but I can only imagine the amazing time you would have at this property with the size of the pool and lounging area (there is even an outside pool toilet). There is parking inside, enough for a couple of cars, but we just left them on the street, as we felt safe enough.

The villa was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was a great size.
Very spacious and comfortable. Only issue was the air conditioner only functioned in all the rooms rather than in individual rooms. Also we couldn’t get the WiFi to work. Apart from that we would highly recommend this villa.

From the moment we arrived we felt at home
We were 2 family's totalling 11 and this villa accommodated, facilitated, entertained and kept us cool beyond our expectations. The kitchen was really well equipped and everything not only worked, it was there, clean and ready to go. Outside we had everything our group (aged 9 - 52) needed; BBQ, bikes, amazing pool, table tennis, comfortable sun loungers and a sociable table for us all to dine upon and play family games. Our holiday began with a greeting from Pedro that was simply exceptional and throughout our time at the villa he was really attentive and hilarious; adding so much. Within a 2 minute walk of the villa is a small supermarket, bread shop, greengrocer, sweet shop, restaurant, hairdresser and a bar. We thoroughly enjoyed a night out with a local and welcoming community. Thank you very much having us. Please send our regards to Perdro and see you next year !

Grande villa tout confort !
Nous avons séjourné durant quatre jours dans la villa de Philippe, un hote très disponible. La villa est située dans un grand hameau très calme et sécurisé. Nous avons été accueilli par Pedro, le maître des lieux qui nous a accueilli avec une paella géante et succulente. La villa est grande et sublime. Idem pour la piscine qui est très grande, La cuisine est très bien équipée, rien à dire sur la prestation, si on retourne à Valence, on sait déjà où aller.

Un séjour entre amis parfait !
Nous avons passé 4 jours entre amis dans cette très jolie maison ! Les photos ne mettent pas assez en valeur. La maison est très grande, très propre. La piscine est bien entretenue. Plusieurs espaces extérieurs. La maison se situe dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Très bonne communication avec Philippe, aux petits soins même à distance ! Nous recommandons la maison fortement.

Hemo pasado unos dias maravillosos con nuestros hijos pequeños y los abuelos en este chalet espectacular. La casa ha cumplido con creces todas las espectativas. Hemos estado en la casa una familia y ha sido espectacular. Desde el momento en que llegas, ves que las fotos son como la realidad. Todo lujo de detalles en cada rincón de la casa con decoración y utensilios de cocina perfectos. La piscina es una delicia y aunque no eran fechas, estaba utilizable. Muy agradables los ayudantes de los propietarios en todo momento para facilitar la estancia. Ojalá podamos volver algún día!

Très belle maison près de Valence
Nous avons séjourné à 3 familles avec enfants (12 personnes) dans cette magnifique propriété. Le propriétaire Philippe est très aimable et essaie toujours de vous guider et de vous aider pendant le séjour. Nous avons été accueilli par Pedro et sa femme, qui sont des personnes habitant sur place et très gentilles. La maison : c'est une très belle maison originale et très grande. Rien à redire que les prestations que ce soit extérieur (piscine, terrasse...) ou intérieur (chambres, cuisine...). Et pour ne rien gâcher, la maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. L'urbanisation est sympa avec le centre sportif bien que cette année et pour les raisons sanitaires évidentes il y avait des restrictions d'utilisation et mois de monde que d'habitude. Valence est à environ 20 minutes en voiture. J'ai beaucoup apprécié cette ville que j'ai trouvé très jolie et où il semble y faire bon vivre. Les plages de Valence sont très bien et grandes mais il y a également des plages au nord qui étaient sympa. Bien sûr, lié au Covid, cette année il y avait moins de monde et les activités restreintes mais au final de très belles vacances !

Sin duda, repetiremos!
Hemos disfrutado mucho la casa y sobre todo la piscina. Es muy cómoda y tiene mucha sombra en los 2 comedores exteriores. Se puede ir andando a la panadería, supermercado, polideportivo y farmacia. Está en una urbanización tranquila y a 30 minutos de la playa. Para repetir!!

Prachtige villa - geweldige uitvalsbasis voor bezoek van Valencia
Een heerlijke villa met veel ruimte en privacy. Een goede verbinding brengt je snel in de stad. Het grote zwembad was topfavoriet bij ons gezelschap, en de mooie tuin en terrassen boden naar wens op elk moment van de dag zon of schaduw.
