"Amazing location and very comfortable, charming and well equipped. We booked last minute and were so happy to find it. Literally there isn't a better location. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). Will stay again next time we visit Annecy."

"très bel hôtel, accueil très chaleureux avec de bonnes explications. Petit dejeuner un peu cher mais ce sont des studios donc on peut tout faire sans passer par le bar. Plateau de courtoisie très sympa. Belle salle de bain, bref juste un bémol: il ne faisait pas très chaud. certes il était possible d'allumer un radiateur d'appoint. Environnement interieur très joli. A deux pas des arènes et du centre. Et en qualité/prix, tout à fait correct. Service bagagerie en plus. "

"Check was good and quick. The accommodation was up a flight of steps, the place looked like a 1980 time share, just needed tlc, having said that, it had living room/kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool and open area, and views of a golf course. Very quiet area. Bed was comfortable and clean, linen and towels were sufficient. No on-site restaurant or shop."

"Lovely accommodation in a charming French village . "

"One minute walk to train station and bus station. And a small supermarket next door. They had a free water cooler so you could fill up water bottles. Had a little kitchette and balcony with chair and tables. By far the best place we stayed during our 2 week holiday in France. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

However, the English listing on VRBO needs to be updated and clearly outline the extra fees when on property. There is no air conditioning or clothes dryer (remove these from listing). "Aunque la atención del personal es muy buena, es lamentable que estos apartamentos no tengan aire acondicionado con los 30 grados en verano. "Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Südfrankreich erlebt. Vielen Dank dafür. Das ruhige klimatisierte Ferienhaus war mit drei Zimmern, einem kombinierten Wohnzimmer/Küchebereich, einem großzigigen Bad mit zwei Waschbecken, einem separaten WC und einer Waschmaschine großzügig angelegt. Es gab einen großen Außenpool, der klar, sehr gepflegt und nur für die Mieter des Hauses zur Verfügung stand. Der Pool ist von außen nicht einsehbar, was wir sehr toll fanden. "The fotos do not do the property justice and we were very pleasantly surprised. Exceptionally clean property and very nice, welcoming hosts. Everything you could possibly need and more. The outside space, covered terrace and pool area are just wonderful and the garden is very well kept. We had a wonderful holiday and highly recommend this place. The only negative aspect of this property is the very noisy road behind the garden."

"We felt very welcome! The communication before arriving was very nice and respectful, the place (appartement and garden) is just wonderful…as the fotos we saw on the profil!
